On the occasion of World Forest Day, an environmental awareness programme was organized in our school to highlight the importance of forests and the responsibility of students towards protecting nature. Students were encouraged to take a pledge to protect trees, conserve natural resources, and contribute to a greener environment. As part of the programme, students actively participated in a tree plantation activity and planted saplings in the school surroundings. The programme helped students understand that protecting trees and the environment is not only a social responsibility but also an important duty of every individual.
