EcoRevive EcoRevive is a student-led environmental initiative founded by 15-year-old Trisha after she noticed the large amount of usable paper being wasted through half-used notebooks in schools and communities. To tackle this, EcoRevive organised several donation drives across buildings and schools, collecting 400+ notebooks weighing approximately 100 kg. The notebooks were sorted and upcycled into new notebooks with the help of local printing and binding shops. The initiative also provided employment to an underprivileged woman who assisted with the sorting process. Following a circular economy model, EcoRevive has sold 240+ upcycled notebooks through NGOs, the Interact Club and other organisations. The proceeds have helped raise ₹20,000+ for a plantation drive in Aarey Colony, where 80+ nectar and host plants will be planted with an NGO and 20+ volunteers to support local biodiversity, particularly butterflies. EcoRevive aims to show how everyday waste can be given a second life and turned into meaningful environmental and social impact.
