As part of our environmental awareness initiative, we transformed discarded and waste materials into artificial nests, water feeders, and food feeders to support the conservation of house sparrows. This activity promotes the 3Rs—Reduce, Reuse and Recycle while providing safe nesting spaces, drinking water, and food for sparrows, especially in areas where their natural habitats are declining. Through this hands-on activity, students developed compassion towards birds and gained awareness about biodiversity conservation, sustainable use of resources, and the importance of protecting urban wildlife. We aim to inspire the community to turn waste into useful resources and take simple, meaningful steps to Save Sparrows and Protect Nature.
