On the occasion of World Forest Day, an awareness programme is organized in our school to educate students about the importance of forests and their role in maintaining ecological balance. Students are sensitized to the various benefits of forests, including biodiversity conservation, climate regulation, soil and water conservation, and the provision of essential forest products. As part of the programme, students are also encouraged to prepare creative and useful crafts using forest-based and natural materials. These activities help students understand the value of forests, promote creativity and environmental responsibility, and inspire them to actively participate in forest conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.
