Acceptance of Terms

By using EcoMitram, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Conduct

EcoMitram is an eco-friendly community platform. You agree to:

• Post content related to environmental awareness and eco-friendly actions.
• Treat other users with respect and engage constructively.
• Not post spam, misleading content, or content promoting illegal activities.
• Not post hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Not impersonate other users or organizations.
• Not attempt to manipulate eco points, leaderboards, or campaign results.

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you post on EcoMitram. By posting photos, text, or other content to the community, you grant EcoMitram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content across the platform and for related purposes — including on our public product and solutions pages where real community posts and actions are featured alongside eco-friendly products. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Amazon Associates Disclosure

EcoMitram is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.in. When you click “Check on Amazon” on this site, the link includes an affiliate tracking tag and we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Product prices and availability are subject to change.

No E-Commerce or Affiliate Links in Posts

Users may not include links to online shopping or e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar sites) in their community posts. Posts containing such links are automatically rejected with an explanation. This rule exists to prevent affiliate hijacking and to keep the community focused on genuine eco-friendly actions rather than commercial promotion.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts that post spam, engage in harassment, or manipulate platform features. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Organizations

Users may create organizations on EcoMitram to run campaigns and challenges. Organization owners are responsible for their organization's content and compliance with these terms.

Campaigns and Eco Points

Eco points are awarded for participation in campaigns, challenges, and quizzes. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. EcoMitram reserves the right to adjust point values and leaderboard calculations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EcoMitram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoMitram and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EcoMitram after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
