Paryavaran Ki Paathshala

Host Paryavaran Ki Paathshala (PKP)

For organizers — kendra pramukhs, schools, and NGOs — who want to run Paryavaran Ki Paathshala at their venue and give certificates to participants.

Step 1 — Create your organization

  • Open Organizations and tap New Organization — or pick an organization you already own.
  • Enter a name and a short description, then create it.
  • You can create up to three organizations.

Step 2 — Join Paryavaran Ki Paathshala

  • Open your organization’s page.
  • In the Activities section, tap Join Campaign.
  • Select Paryavaran Ki Paathshala from the list. Only activities that are currently open appear here.

Step 3 — Create a Participant Link (this makes your QR code)

PKP records the details of your venue, so each link is set up once for a batch or centre.

  • On your organization’s page, tap Manage Participant Links.
  • Tap + New Link and fill in:
    • Label — a name only you see, e.g. “Nashik — Batch 1”.
    • Kendra Name, Pramukh Name, Venue, City, and State.
  • Tap Create Link. Your QR code is generated right away.
  • Create one link per batch or venue — each one gets its own QR code.

No QR code yet? If you joined PKP but don’t see a QR, you haven’t created a Participant Link. The QR appears after you finish this step.

Step 4 — Share the QR code

  • On the link, use Download QR to print a poster, or Share / Copy Link to send it.
  • Display the QR where participants can scan it.

Step 5 — Participants join

  • A participant scans the QR code — no app install is needed.
  • Your venue details are already filled in and locked. The participant only adds their own details and submits.

Step 6 — Certificates and participant lists

  • Tap View Participants on a link to see everyone who joined through it.
  • Participants receive a certificate after completing the activity, which they can download and share.

Troubleshooting

  • I created my organization but there’s no QR. PKP needs a Participant Link first — follow Step 3.
  • Paryavaran Ki Paathshala isn’t in the Join Campaign list. Only activities that are currently open appear. Check back when it opens.
  • I can’t create a link. Only the organization owner or a manager can create Participant Links.
